The Putzmeister P13 wet shotcrete machine is robust and easy to maintain, built to handle the world’s most demanding on-site mixes.

Thanks to its powerful and reliable piston pump, it is suitable for on-site mixing, interior and exterior plastering, grouting, filling, masonry and cement mortar, bentonite slurry, pumpable sand and self-levelling screeds for floors, as well as micro-pile filling in tunnel construction projects.

Frequently asked questions about the Putzmeister P13 wet shotcrete machine

The Putzmeister P13 is designed to mix, pump and spray a wide range of site-prepared materials. It can handle fine concrete and wet-mix shotcrete with aggregates up to 8 mm, lime or lime/cement mortars, interior and exterior renders, fine finishing coats and scraped-texture plasters.

Its KA 230 piston pump allows it to work even with challenging sands, such as river or dune sand, ensuring a homogeneous mix and a consistent flow throughout the application.

The P13 offers an adjustable output ranging from 30 to 90 l/min, depending on the setup and the material being used, with a maximum pumping pressure of 40 bar.

It can convey material up to 150 meters horizontally or 80 meters vertically, and in fine rendering applications up to 60 meters in length and 40 meters in height.

These capabilities make it a reliable machine for continuous mortar or cement spraying, even under demanding jobsite conditions.

The Putzmeister P13 is known for its durability and low maintenance needs. Its design includes a 170-liter forced-action mixer, a robust mechanical piston pump and an integrated twin-cylinder compressor (3.5 bar / 300 l/min), all protected by a reinforced metal housing.

With basic daily cleaning and periodic checks of oil levels and seals, the machine delivers optimal performance for years, even under intensive jobsite use.
